Mirrorbright alloy deposits
Pallega® blend Co process is an ammonia based electrolyte from which a bright palladium cobalt alloy with a composition of about 80 % palladium and about 20 % cobalt can be deposited. The process is suitable for rack and barrel application. Pallega® blend Co process may be used as a substitute to Pd/Ni for barrier plating to prevent copper migration into gold top coat. Pallega® blend Co deposits have excellent corrosion protection properties.
