Laboratory - Innovation is part of our DNA

In our laboratory, you will find the answers to our customers’ questions and requirements. In our constantly changing world, it is all the more important to identify potential for innovation and recognise it at an early stage. You think decoratively and functionally, work on new alloys to reduce costs or on faster exposure times for our baths.

In the analysis laboratory, you are responsible for the ongoing quality control of the samples sent in. Our state-of-the-art analysis centre is at your disposal for this purpose.

Contract electroplating - layer by layer

Our contract electroplating facility, a fully automated electroplating production facility, will go into operation in 2023. Core tasks are the assembly and transport of the racks. Quality controls of the coatings and simple administrative activities are also part of the position and require special care, patience and attention to detail.

IWG produces exclusively at its site in Lower Austria. The mixing and filling of our chemicals, as well as the loading and unloading of lorries, requires particular care and precision. We utilise highly efficient technologies in our work process and offer a modern working environment.

We offer our customers a broad range of precious metal electrolytes for synthetic and metal coating, complex technical applications, and optimal corrosion protection.

However, what makes IWG so special are our highly qualified employees, who are always ready to go the extra mile for you. They consult and assist you in the system selection process, product development, the maintenance of electrolytes, the disposal, and recovery of used baths and in the planning of plating facilities.
