Technical features
The deposited layer has a fine silver content of 99.5–99.9% Ag, a hardness of approx. 120 HV and a density of approx. 10.4 g/cm3.

Arega® SeqFlow – for Stainless steel Base
The perfect start for high-quality electroplating on stainless steel begins with pre-treating the surface. This is followed by an initial adhesive layer with nickel strike or silver strike. The outermost layer is deposited in a silver bath. This ensures an even, high-gloss coating with excellent conductivity and reflective properties – ideal for technical and decorative applications such as cutlery and jewellery.

Arega® SeqFlow – for Copper Base
For technical applications and connectors with silver on copper
The basis for a high-quality silver coating is also thorough pre-treatment of the copper surface. The silver layer is then deposited. The result is a uniform, high-gloss surface with excellent electrical conductivity and reflection properties – ideal for technical applications such as plug contacts and other functional surfaces.

Long-term protection thanks to Arega® protect
To reliably prevent the typical tarnishing of silver, the surface is finally treated with our proven silver passivation Arega® protect. This transparent protective layer extends the service life and permanently preserves the shine of the coating.
