The versatility of ultrasonic degreasing is showcased when cleaning surfaces. Pretreatments like ultrasonic is the only method that can achieve the highest levels of cleanliness in a comparatively short time, also for complex parts. The ultrasonic also cleans otherwise hidden surfaces, which cannot be reached by mechanical and manual degreasing methods, such as brushing and spraying. IWG ultrasonic cleaners dissolve and suspend impurities, inhibit metal surfaces and saponify oils and grease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Degreasing is a necessary process, as the pieces must be free of oil and grease in order to wet their surfaces with the watery electrolytes. There is no other way to achieve electrolytic metal deposition with the necessary adhesive strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
