This investment significantly enhances our capabilities in chemical production and precious metal recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The system enables gentle and efficient evaporation of solutions under vacuum and supports us in:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Concentrating and evaporating precious metal solutions during production processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Removing and recovering volatile compounds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increasing recovery yields from solutions with low precious metal concentrations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-flexible-processing-of-different-solution-volumes\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flexible Processing of Different Solution Volumes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instead of using a large-scale rotary evaporator with evaporation flasks that can no longer be handled by a single operator, we deliberately chose an automated rotary evaporator system featuring automated filling and emptying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This allows solutions of virtually any volume to be processed, substantially increasing the flexibility of the equipment. At the same time, the system enables largely unattended operation and reduces manual handling requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-technical-features-of-the-system\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical Features of the System<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new 20-liter rotary evaporator is equipped with automatic filling and emptying functions as well as a high-performance dual condenser system for the efficient recovery of distilled volatile compounds.<br>While volatile components can be recovered and reused, non-volatile components such as precious metal salts remain concentrated in the residue. These characteristics make the system particularly well suited for IWG chemical production and precious metal recovery operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-contribution-to-quality-and-resource-conservation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contribution to Quality and Resource Conservation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This investment not only enhances the quality of our production processes but also supports the responsible and efficient use of chemicals.
